Good access to highways and nearby dining options.
Entering from outside the building was confusing, and not having a continental breakfast as advertised left me feeling misled. The stairs need attention as they seemed quite worn out. I also had a frustrating experience with the noisy adjoining room, which interrupted my sleep at 4:00am.

Couple looking for decent stay
The room was spacious plenty of floor space for bags and more. The shower was something else seemed like I was in a spa or something, just amazing.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but the overall experience was fine.

Exceptionally clean and huge rooms, I had such great experience.
The location of the hotel was marvellous and comfortable - at a medium distance from Southpark Mall. Further, it was so close to a great restaurant, public beaches and the lake.

location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurant across the street '' american classic cafe '' and the lake and okoboji, arnold's park, public beaches. the room was fairly quiet and featured a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a microwave.

Super clean room with lots of outlets. Breakfast had everything you could want (eggs, waffles, biscuits). The staff was soooo friendly and helpful, especially when locked out! Plus, tons of restaurants close by (like within walking distance!).

This hotel is nice, and has free parking, air conditioning, a tv, and 24-hour reception. I remember during my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents. I highly recommend it for your next holiday!

Spencer's dining scene is a feast! I had glazed cakes from Blackearth Java that could make anyone swoon. The Prime Rib, just a hop away, dished out savory delights that hit the spot. The room was huge, and the shower felt amazing! Plus, the staff were really nice, helping us when we got locked out. Can't wait to return!
Now, I didn't realize I'd be entering from outside the building, which threw me a bit. No continental breakfast as advertised-needs a website facelift to sort that out.

The queen room was spacious with two queen beds. It had air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. The bathroom was private and included clean towels. The whole place felt fresh and clean, which I really liked. Great spot with easy access to nearby dining options. Plus, the shower was like a mini spa experience!
